Made-to-Order & Returns Disclaimer
All Beck & Becka merchandise is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures each item is produced just for you.
Because items are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review the sizing charts on each product page carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
Because every item in The Official Beck & Becka Shop is made to order just for you — printed and crafted specifically for your order — lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis. Since your item was created uniquely for you, we want to make sure we find the right solution together.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at beckandbecka24@gmail.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date with the following:
- Your order number
- The shipping address on the order
- A note on the carrier's tracking status
Once we receive your message, we'll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to determine the best resolution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays or losses that are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to make it right for you.
In most cases, damaged or incorrect items do not need to be returned.
