SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All items are made-to-order through our trusted print partners (Printful and Printify). Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Rates - United States

  • Free Shipping: Orders $50 and over
  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 (orders under $40)
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 (faster delivery available)

Note: Some specialty items (calendars, paper products, accessories) may have weight-based shipping rates ranging from $4.59-$25.40 depending on item weight.

Delivery Times

  • US Domestic: 5-7 business days after production (7-12 business days total)

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at beckandbecka24@gmail.com within 14 days of deliverywith the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo clearly showing the damage or defect

Once we verify the issue, we'll send you a free replacement at no additional cost. Because every item is made to order just for you, in most cases you will not need to return the damaged item.

Lost Packages

Because every item in The Official Beck & Becka Shop is made to order just for you — printed and crafted specifically for your order — lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis. Since your item was created uniquely for you, we want to make sure we find the right solution together.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at beckandbecka24@gmail.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The shipping address on the order
  • A note on the carrier's tracking status

Once we receive your message, we'll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to determine the best resolution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays or losses that are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to make it right for you.
